Quick reference
Invest in heroes you regularly deploy
Exclusive Equipment is specific to one hero. It improves that hero's combat effectiveness and strengthens their value within a formation, so parts have the greatest impact when concentrated on established main heroes.

Heroes to consider
These Season 1–4 examples suit their listed roles, but they are not a strict ranking. Prioritise the heroes used by your strongest formations.
| Role | Hero examples | When to prioritise |
|---|---|---|
| Defense | Drake, Lanchester, Zoltan | Protecting your prison or reinforcing allies |
| Rally | Ryuichi Ito, Sawyer, Tyronn | Leading alliance rallies |
| Solo | Koschevoi, Phoenix, Veronica | Your strongest independent march |

- Finish before spreading partsComplete the chosen target before beginning equipment for another hero.
Where to get Exclusive Equipment Parts
Parts Choice Chests provide parts for Legendary Hero Exclusive Equipment and let you direct progress toward a selected hero.
Parts may also appear in event rewards and other temporary in-game reward sources. Check the current reward preview before planning around a specific source.
Choosing between Solo, Rally and Defense
Solo
Invest here when your main value comes from independent attacks and everyday combat.
Rally
Invest here when you regularly lead alliance rallies and the selected hero remains in your rally formation.
Defense
Invest here when prison defence or reinforcing allies is the formation's main responsibility.
Common mistakes
Watch out
- Spreading limited parts across too many heroes.
- Upgrading a hero who is no longer used in a main formation.
- Following a generic ranking without considering the account's role.
- Opening Parts Choice Chests without a selected hero and level target.
- Starting another hero before the current priority reaches its planned breakpoint.
Best overall strategy
Build fewer heroes more effectively
Choose the Solo, Rally or Defense heroes used most often, then concentrate parts until each selected equipment target is complete. One focused upgrade usually provides more practical value than several unfinished ones.
