Understand Server Ratings
Migration Operation lets an eligible character move to another server within the same progression range.
A server is rated Top-Tier or Normal using the combined Migration Points of its top 100 active accounts. This rating affects migration capacity and whether Elite Migration can be used.
Normal migration capacity
| Target server | Available places |
|---|---|
| Top-Tier Server | 25 migrations |
| Normal Server | 40 migrations |
